Preparation:
Stand in front of the mirror. With your eyes closed, nod your head back and forth three times, then stand in a relaxed position and open your eyes.

Check:
1. Does your head tilt to one side?
2. Is your forehead centered with your mid chest bone?
3. Is one shoulder higher then other?
4. Are your hips centered?
5. Is one hip more forward then the other?

This is a basic self posture scan. If you see one or more imbalances or deviations, get a more thorough check-up with a chiropractor.
